Job Description

Chef de Partie required in the Leicestershire area, this is a fully fresh kitchen which has won awards. You will really enjoy the produce they use and the standards of the plates leaving the pass. Chef de Partie salary 29,000 - 32,000 + tips of around 500 per year. This is a great opportunity to work with high end produce and learn new dishes.

The role:
As a Chef de Partie you will prepare your dishes and ensure your fridge is ready for service. In service you will cook a range of dishes on your section, ensuring they arrive at the pass on time and in coordination with the other sections. You will present your dishes to a Rosette/Award winning level. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties.

Experience:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in this kitchen, ideally cooking in Rosette/Fresh Food kitchens. You will have good knife skills and enjoy working with fresh produce

  • Salary: 29,500 to 31,900 + Tips (depending on experience)
  • Location: Leicestershire area
  • Parking on site
  • Due to the location, own mode of transport will be required.
  • Live in available (about 1 mile off site)
  • 40 hours per week
