We are looking for an accomplished PFI Commercial Manager to join our clients team in the North West.
Working closely with the Commercial team on a major project, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-value operations
Summary:
- PFI Commercial Manager
- Salary up to £75,000 plus Bonus and competitive benefits package
- Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commercial aspects of a PFI project
- Lead and manage PFI Lifecycle ad variations in project scope, ensuring smooth and effective processes.
- Provide strategic commercial input to maximize project value.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and negotiate amendments where necessary.
- Collaborate with the wider project team, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with PFI is essential.
- Healthcare sector experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- A proven track record in managing variations and change control.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
