Providing Excellent Customer service to all customers
Inbound & Outbound Communication
Customer Satisfaction surveys
Previous Management experience
Experience of Partnership arrangements
Experience of Responsive Repairs contacts
Understanding of local government and RSLs
Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license
Ability to competently operate MS office
