Our client, a global brand in the creative sector, is recruiting a Property Services Operative (Facilities Assistant), to join their Property Service team in their UK head office, located in a great central location- Kings Cross, London. We are looking for someone with experience of leading office moves, space planning, and a strong understanding of H&S.
The property services department looks after all building and facilities services and their mission is to deliver a dynamic and innovative service, providing services to 7 satellite sites based around greater London and to deliver a 5-star service to staff and visitors alike, thinking in proactive and creative ways to drive value and service within a fun and creative environment.
Job purpose of the Property Services Operative will be directly involved in the delivery of the following services:
- Deliver a friendly and welcoming service for all staff and visitors
- Assist the Property Services Supervisor with escorting sub-contractors checking mailbox/admin, including; AV meeting room management
- Working with the AV Department on installs and fault finding.
- Covering the Property services help desk when required.
- Assisting on Fabric Engineers on various task including office and desk moves.
- Conducting floor walks
- Provide administrative support as needed; e.g. minute taking, admin tasks, projects.
- Liaise with all services including cleaning, security, catering when required.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Facilities Assistant with proven record of delivering 5* service to clients. You will be a strong communicator and work effectively both individually and as part of a team. Due to the nature of the role you will be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills.
In return, our client is offering a salary of £32,000 per annum plus a very generous benefits package.
