Job Description

 

Our client, a fast growing FM/ facilities management company is recruiting a Business Support Manager to manage their FM Helpdesk service and lead on other business administration.

This is a new role and has been created help the business in two key areas;

  1. Management of the FM helpdesk function and team (3 staff); including recruitment, guidance, mentoring of team members and development of the facilities helpdesk function -  processes, KPIs, reporting, invoicing of clients etc
  2. To take a lead on some other office/ business functions such as developing business processes and retaining/ gaining ISO accreditations, mobile phone contract procurement/ management and administration

A good knowledge of facilities management services, FM helpdesk/ CAFM systems and team management experience is essential.
