Project Manager
We are recruiting for a Lifecycle and Variations Project Manager to ensure all Projects are managed efficiently and within budget and on time in a large complex public sector environment in Lancashire.
Working with a fun friendly and professional team within a reputable property and facilities organisation, you will have lots of opportunity for training development and real career progression
It is a fast pace environment with complex stakeholders and you will be involved in some interesting projects

Duties include: - Ensuring all Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations are followed where appropriate and ensure all company paperwork relevant to this is completed
- Ensure all data and management information is maintained and communicated accurately to agreed deadlines by the Head of Facilities and Management team
- Managing multiple small works projects as well as supporting on large capital work schemes
- Supporting the Senior Project Manager
- H&S
Qualifications/Requirements
- Project management experience essential
- Experience within PFI would be an advantage but not essential or public sector environment, education healthcare etc..
- Knowledge and experience working with CDM
- Demonstrable & varied experience in delivering Lifecycle and Variation Projects.
- Facilities Management contract experience
