Catch 22 are recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist to join our client, a leading provider of premium serviced offices spaces in one of their new contemporary workplaces in Harrogate.
You will be based within a prestigious and professional building and your focus will be to provide outstanding customer service to all customers and visitors.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Being the first point of contact on the reception and dealing with customer enquiries
- Ensure that all meeting rooms are correctly set up ready for each meeting, that all required equipment is available and functioning
- To sign in deliveries and handling post
- Carrying out building checks and ensuring a safe & clean environment
- Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, and directing these to the correct person/team
- Replenish and reordering stock as and when needed
The ideal candidate:
- To be passionate, professional, confident, bubbly individual who is keen and a quick learner
- Good IT skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong team player & willingness to help
- Front of house / Receptionist experience would be an advantage
- This position would be ideal for anyone with previous face to face customer service experience such as retail, hospitality or housekeeping
As the Front of House, you will receive:
- Salary around 23,000 - 25,000
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
