Salary: Competitive Salary and car allowance of £6,700 Per annum

The Opportunity:

Our outstanding client is seeking a Head of PFI to oversee the operational excellence of a portfolio of PFI Contracts, which may include FM Contracts. This role involves serving as the primary liaison for Operations Managers, ensuring the optimal performance of PFI Contracts, and taking accountabilities for all matters pertaining to operational performance and Life Cycle management.

Responsibilities:

As a Head of PFI, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions Team, responsible for the operational performance of the portfolio of PFI Contracts including where applicable FM Contracts

  • Delivering operational performance of the Portfolio and ensuring these are met with regular reports issued to key Stakeholders across the business
  • Ensuring that monthly review of the P&L is undertaken with the Operational leadership and Finance teams
  • Mitigating any Operational risks and challenges, through being a point of senior escalation
  • Key Stakeholder engagement to include business unit MD, FD and wider teams
  • Delivery of performance and coaching to your direct reporting line to support the growth of the business as well as individual development opportunities

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of multiple contract / site management
  • Extensive operational experience of working within FM and PFI contracts
  • A strong financial and commercial acumen
  • A keen eye for detail and enjoy a challenge
  • A high level of confidence with delivering exemplar service and leadership to public and private sector business leaders
  • Project management is advantageous, your experience with managing high profile and complex operational activity will be central to your success
