Job Description

Role:  Helpdesk Lead

Location:  Bellshill

Salary:  from £31,500

We are currently looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Lead to work with our client in Bellshill. The ideal candidate will provide support to the teams and will focus on customer service, ensuring efficient delivery of back-office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

      Lead a team of 6-7 administrative staff to ensure adherence to the company processes and procedures, including absence management, personal development, and objective setting.

Coordinate Support Team resources to maintain adequate coverage throughout the day, prioritising efficient delivery of back-office systems.

Foster a customer-centric approach by maintaining and improving customer relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Ensure equitable workload distribution among team members through regular review of workloads using monthly generated reports.

Proactively manage financial aspects to enhance profitability, including handling reactive and scheduled extra works, while adhering to health and safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications:

      Previous helpdesk experience

Previous managing experience, ideally within Facilities Management

Excellent IT skills and customer service skills
