Job Description

Role: PPM Maintenance Administrator (Temp to Perm- Full Time)

Location: Swindon

Salary: £15.00 per hour (£29,000)

We are seeking a highly motivated PPM Coordinator to work with our client at their site in Swindon on a school contract.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have a background in Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all Hard Services requirements under the direction of the Hard FM Manager.
  • Liaise with Specialist Providers to follow up on remedials and service dates, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Communicate the programme of works to client parties and update the core business system with report sheets and compliance notes.
  • Explore opportunities to reduce associated costs and increase energy efficiencies while adhering to Health & Safety legislation and external audit requirements.

     

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within Facilities Management and knowledge of Hard Services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CAFM systems.
  • IOSH qualification desirable.
