Site Services Maintenance Engineer
08.00am-4.30pm DAYS ONLY
Location - Leicester
Salary - £41000 per annum
Benefits – 22 days + 8 bank holidays, 7% pension & training opportunities
The Company
Our client is a leading FMCG company who have been established for over 100 years. This business have developed and grown considerably over the past decade, which has resulted in them having multiple sites across the globe.
Their site in Leicester produces a number of different high-quality products and have helped their group turnover peak to £1bn. With a lot of investments in the pipeline and orders continuing to peak, they are very busy on site and are now recruiting for a site services maintenance engineer to join their engineering team.
The Role
As the site services maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Performing daily boiler checks
- Flushing of the water systems
- Servicing air handling units
- Ensuring electrical sockets are safe and functioning
- Managing emergency lighting
- Supporting contractors on site
- Maintenance of fan units
- Dealing with any lighting issues
- Basic grounds maintenance
To be successful in your application as a site services maintenance engineer team you must have the following skills, abilities or qualifications:
- Must have a recognised Level 3 qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Understading of boilers, refrigeration, HVAC and electrical systems
- Basic PC skills
