Catch 22 are looking for a Multi Trade Engineer to work with our Client, a Student Accommodation Provider based in London SE14.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Pay: 18.00 per hour (equivalent to 37k annually)
Length: Until October 2024
Start: ASAP
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering planned preventative maintenance and responsive repairs
- Carrying out dynamic risk assessments to ensure that they are in a safe working environment
- Completing all digital job tickets required for the works they deliver, raising follow on works orders where necessary
- This role will provide a service to several properties and there will be an expectation to travel between buildings.
Requirements:
To be considered for the role, you must have more than one of the following skills: - Electrical - Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Painting and Decorating
- Plastering repairs
- Tiling - Masonry repairs
- Groundswork
- Other areas of Construction Multi-Skill
