Join our client as a Mobile Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer in Wakefield, where you'll provide top-notch Facilities Management services across a portfolio of public and commercial buildings in Wakefield. This is a non-domestic role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain facilities to specified standards, handling planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and repair M&E systems within your competence.
- Manage maintenance records, and helpdesk reports.
- Participate in an On-Call rota
The ideal candidate:
- Recognised trade apprenticeship
- Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, and BMS control systems
- City & Guilds NVQ in Air Conditioning Maintenance
- 18th Edition and Health & Safety certification
- Full driving license
An Enhanced DBS Check is required for this role.
