PFI Contract Manager

We are seeking a PFI Contract Manager to join a successful Asset Management Organisation on a PFI contract in Peterborough to over see the execution of our Management Services Agreement with the Project Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all obligations outlined in the PFI Management Services Agreement and Project Agreement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of PFI project documents and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Manage financial obligations and invoicing processes in collaboration with the project's Finance Manager.
  • Oversee insurance matters and ensure compliance with the PFI Project Agreement requirements.
  • Facilitate resolution of PFI contractual issues and manage performance monitoring regimes.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and provide guidance to all parties as necessary.

 

Experience and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in managing complex PFI  Project Agreements
  • Strong understanding of funding and PFI contractual structures
  • Successful track record in stakeholder management at a senior level.
  • Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with detailed contractual/legal documents.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, dispute resolution, and value for money principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in an inter-agency setting.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex issues clearly and persuasively.
