Role: Freelance Small Works Project Manager
Pay: £310 per day CIS
Location: West Yorkshire
Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering a large commercial FM contract in West Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate must have FM experience, PFI or done projects for local authorities including educational sites. .
The Role
- P&L support
- Financial sign offs
- Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £3m per year
- Health & Safety sign off
- Client facing and holding meetings
- Reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
- SMSTS
- Computer literate
- Driver
- Must have an enhanced DBS
