- Monday to Friday, 08:00- 17:00
- 480 per week - 12ph
- Starting on 25 th March for a period of 4 - 6 months
- Experience with receptionist or front of house is essential, you will be provided training and supported by a team with learning your role - System specific training.

Duties
- Meet and Greet visitors, responding customer requests ensuring the best employee and visitor experience is given each and every time
- Prepare visitor / contractor badges and issue security passes, showing strong attention to detail with names, and following the highest of security standards
- Receiving external and internal calls through the switchboard system, re-directing calls to the appropriate person or department within 20 seconds of receiving a call
- Handle all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner by email, in person or by phone.
- Deal with all chauffeur and taxi bookings in a timely manner
- Booking meeting rooms using own on-line booking system
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front of house areas.
- Uphold the company values and be excellent ambassador of the organisation
- Ad Hoc administration tasks
