Senior Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our team in Glasgow, contributing to the success and sustainability of our clients PFI facilities management contacts

Summary

  • Salay £70,000 - £77,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire life cycle of social infrastructure projects across PFI Facilities management
  • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to optimize performance of PFI contracts
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in senior asset management roles, specifically within PFI
  • Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices  and operational facilities management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in asset management or a related field.
