Are you an experienced Project Manager professional, with experience in the Construction / Groundworks sector, keen to join a growing organisation?
The Role and Responsibilities
This growing construction contractor is seeking a Project Manager as they continue to grow the organisation, with projects starting across the UK. This role although the office is based in Wales, will command travel throughout the UK, where the organisation supports their clients with Groundworks and Civil Engineering. As the Project Manager, you will be the face of the organisation, working directly with internal and external stakeholders, such as Clients, Designers, Sub contractors and Engineers. You will also be reviewing project budgets, costs and resources, coupled within your knowledge in the sector to ensure projects are completed to schedule.

Remuneration & Benefits
Basic salary is up to 60,000 per annum, depending on experience, company car, annual bonus, company pension scheme, as well as support for professional training. As the MD likes to manage the business as he would like to be managed, he provides a hybrid working environment, and supports personal growth. He also likes to take the team out and enjoy team building events throughout the year!
About You
Experience as a Project Manager within the construction / groundwork or earthworks sector and advantage, along with civil engineering / construction qualifications. You will also be happy to travel frequently to various construction sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays. It would be an advantage if you have experience of using CAD. You will be suitable for this role, if you are looking for a career where you can grow and progress with the organisation.
