To provide high-quality compliant water hygiene solutions. Main duties will be on the emphasis legionella monitoring, cleaning & disinfections and servicing of thermostatic mixer valves/taps.
* Disinfection of hot and cold water services, including MDPE pipework to water authority standards, cold water storage tanks, calorifiers and pool balance tanks
•To undertake legionella monitoring to ensure compliance with the ACoP L8 / HSG 274, PPM, Schedules and Procedures.
•Use workflow systems correctly and ensure compliance information recorded and added to electronic log book.
•Service of Thermostatic Mixer Valves / Taps
•Water sampling of hot and cold water systems, including swimming pool, hot tubs and where necessary, effluent samples.
•Undertake all works in accordance with H&S policy and safe working practices.
•To be polite of smart appearance and diligent in the discharge of the duties required, including representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Hours of work: 0830-1630 Monday to Friday, overtime available paid at time and a half and double time.
The company provides excellent training and continued professional development, typically with qualifications through the Water Management Society.
