Long term contract opportunity for an experienced Site Agent with an extensive track record in the water industry.
THE PROJECT / CONTRACTOR
Our client, a large Tier 1 contractor, have secured work on the AMP-7 water framework to refurbish, maintain and redevelop the non-infrastructure sites within the Thames region. These non-infrastructure sites can include, pumping stations, water treatment works and water storage facilities.
THE ROLE
As Site Agent you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of the project/projects. You be responsible for rigorously applying planning techniques to ensure the continuous use of resources and sub contractors. Building and maintaining client relationships, working with the commercial teams and managing the weekly programme.
THE IDEAL Site Agent
The ideal Site Agent for this position will have experience working within the water sector on non-infrastructure projects, but this is not essential as someone with a background in highways or rail projects with a good understanding of earthworks, concrete and M&E will also be considered! It is essential you are delivery focused and able to be based on site 5 days a week.
We do require someone that has worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, and you must have a valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid as a minimum.
