We are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to manage a mobile portfolio of residential properties within the Battersea area. Covering both private residential and social housing tower blocks, as the Technical Services Manager you will oversee the PPM and reactive maintenance KPI's and managing a subcontractor to complete the hands-on works needed across the portfolio.

Liaising with the on-site property manager, as the Technical Services Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the business and attend on-site meetings and complete surveys as required.
Duties of the role include:
- Manage all PPM and reactive maintenance across the residential sites - either via the onsite property managers or subcontractors.
- Monitor all contract KPI's and SLA's to make sure work is in line with agreements and no penalties are incurred.
- Complete site visits and surveys.
- Meeting with property managers to discuss site issues.
- Manage compliance and health and safety across the sites.
- Working with the CAFM system to manage and monitor job flow.
- Completing RAMS.
- Manage, monitor, procure, review and improve services required through a network of subcontractors.
- Be proactive in identifying cost-saving and profit-making opportunities within the bounds of the contract specification.
- Minor surveying for new project work.

The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS check
- Health and safety knowledge
- Experience managing PPM workflow
- Property Management experience essential
- Experience within tower blocks or the hotel environment is highly desirable.
