My Client is a leading Facilities Management Organisation based in Central London. They are looking to recruit a Project Manager to deliver reactive and Life Cycle Projects on a total facilities management contract covering multiple sites in central London

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture trusting relationships with essential client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Lifecycle Team during the early stages of specification to refine requirements and enhance project readiness.
  • Assist in crafting the annual and five-year Lifecycle Plans, fostering their development.
  • Ensure the successful execution of both the annual Lifecycle plan and supplementary projects.
  • Strategize, organize, and oversee Major Project Works as requested by key stakeholders.
  • Receive initial project briefs and, when necessary, formulate comprehensive tendering instructions aligned with the client's specifications. Manage the tendering process from inquiry to analysis and recommendation for Sub-contractor Appointments.
  • Identify, assess, and propose Sub-throughout the tendering process, from initial inquiry to appointment, including procurement documentation and overseeing subsequent works installation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Evaluate instructions against client expectations, providing assistance or developing suitable solutions when needed.

Candidate Requirement

  • Project Management with relevant role experience.
  • CDM experience
  • Understanding of model contract forms: JCT, NEC, GC Works etc.
  • Budget management experience and commercial awareness.
  • Experience of managing Client facing Project Works services across a diverse multi-site TFM portfolio.
  • IOSH Certification.
  • Experience of leading in H&S and welfare for own project works and those of others
  • Cost management and control, and quality monitoring
